The specific content of the service is provided by NutriPick operators according to actual conditions, including but not limited to nutrition advice, ingredient recommendations, recipe generation, etc. NutriPick operators have the right to upgrade or adjust the services or products they provide, and will update page information in a timely manner.

You agree that NutriPick may send you advertising, promotional or publicity information (including commercial and non-commercial information) by itself or through any third-party advertisers, and the methods and scope may change without further notice. NutriPick may provide you with options to turn off advertising information, but at any time, you may not block and filter advertising information in ways not explicitly specified in the user agreement or authorized in writing.

You agree and understand that NutriPick may need to perform regular or irregular maintenance or repairs on products or related facilities that provide services. NutriPick assumes no responsibility for service interruptions (including paid network services) within a reasonable time due to the above circumstances. NutriPick reserves the right to suspend any part of the service for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes without further notice.

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, no part of the application and any content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, published, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed to any other person in any way (including "mirroring") without prior express written consent from Apple, for publication or distribution or for use on computers, servers, websites or other media of any commercial enterprise.

You are fully responsible for the user content you post. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or quality of any user content posted by other users.

You represent and warrant that the user content you post and your use of the service will not:

• Cause harm to minors in any way
• Be used to intentionally or unintentionally violate or fail to comply with regional, national and international laws in any way
• Violate, breach or infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights in any way
• Intimidate, stalk, mock, attack, threaten, pervert or otherwise harass others
• Overburden, damage or weaken the operation of the application, website or service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or gather other users' email addresses or other personal information for any purpose

We take your privacy very seriously. We will collect and store your personal information according to the NutriPick privacy policy. By using our services, you agree that your personal data may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Additionally, by using this application, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any messages or information you send to the application may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice indicating that a particular transmission (such as image information) is encrypted.

You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sounds, photos, graphics, videos, messages, tags and/or other materials accessible through NutriPick, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the party from whom such Content originates.

NutriPick only provides you with tools for nutrition advice and ingredient recommendations, and cannot control how you use the service. Therefore, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness or quality of the content. Under no circumstances is NutriPick responsible for any content, but we have the right to stop the transmission of any such content and take corresponding measures in accordance with the law, including but not limited to suspending users from using all or part of the service, retaining relevant records and reporting to relevant departments.

NutriPick offers a range of subscription options to best meet your needs. You can choose to subscribe to our premium version to access premium services and content.

You understand and agree that NutriPick services are provided according to existing technology and conditions. The platform will make every effort to provide services to users and ensure the consistency and security of services; but NutriPick cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons that may cause service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks.

We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove features or characteristics, and we may suspend or completely stop services. You can stop using our services at any time, but we would be sorry to see you leave. NutriPick may also stop providing services to you at any time, or add or set new restrictions on our services.

NutriPick will make reasonable efforts to provide services and ensure the continuity and security of services. However, NutriPick does not provide complete guarantees, including but not limited to:

• NutriPick assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure of relevant data you store in the software and services
• Users should bear the risks beyond NutriPick's control when using this application
• Risks such as inability to log in to NutriPick, incomplete data synchronization, slow page opening speed due to unstable wireless network signals, small wireless network bandwidth or other reasons
• Risks such as loss or leakage of personal information due to irresistible factors
• Any problems or damages caused by users not selecting software versions that match the terminal devices on which this software is installed

To the extent permitted by law, NutriPick is not responsible for loss of profits, revenue or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, disciplinary or punitive damages. In all cases, we are not responsible for any losses or damages that cannot be reasonably foreseen.

To the extent permitted by law, for any claims under this agreement, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (or, if we choose, to provide the service to you again). And does not exceed the sum of any subscription or similar fees paid in connection with any service or feature of the application within six months prior to the date of the initial claim against NutriPick.
